Blue Bay Lodges

Blue Bay consists of four individually designed Cornish Lodges all family owned and operated to cater for your individual needs. Each lodge is unique, with a character of its own. (Beachcombers, Seascape, Skylark and Surf Riders). All lodges are fully equipped, from dishwashers to TVs and DVD's. Lodges are ideal for families, groups or short breaks, with varied accommodation from the largest lodge Surf Riders with 3 bedrooms: 1 double room, 1 twin bedroom and a 4 bedded room) down to the smallest, Skylark with a double and bunk bedded room.

All the lodges have their own balcony or patio area, with breathtaking views of the Vale of Lanhern. Lodge guests are welcome to use the hotel, restaurant and bar, just contact the hotel for menus and reservations on (+44) 01637 860324.

All bed linen, towels, heat and light are supplied free of charge. There are no hidden extras. There is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board free for use by all the residents.

Dogs are welcome for £20 per visit.

Blue Bay Lodges

Beachcombers

Is on the ground floor with a view over Mawgan Porth to the sea. This is the second largest of the lodges and sleeps up to 8 people in three separate bedrooms.

It consists of an open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen leading out through patio doors onto its own balcony with a view of the sea beyond. It has a bathroom with bath, shower and W.C.

Bedroom 1 has twin beds with room for an extra guest bed if required.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed with room for an extra guest bed if required.
Bedroom 3 has a single bed with a pull out bed for an extra person if required

Seascape

Is on the upper floor with a view over Mawgan Porth to the sea. This is the second smallest of the lodges and sleeps up to 5 in two separate bedrooms.
It consists of an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with a patio door leading out onto its own balcony with a view of the sea beyond. It has a bathroom with a bath, shower and W.C.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with space for an extra guest bed if required.
Bedroom 2 has a single bed with a pull out bed for an extra guest if required. It has a patio door leading onto the balcony.

Skylark

Is on the upper floor and is the smallest of the lodges, but with the most spectacular views over both the Lanherne Valley to the left and the sea to the right. It sleeps up to 5 people in two separate bedrooms. It consists of an open plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with patio doors leading out onto its own balcony.

It has a bathroom with bath, shower and W.C.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed with room for an extra guest bed if required.
Bedroom 2 has bunk beds.

Surf Riders

This lodge is on the ground floor and has superb views of both the Lanherne Valley to the left and over Mawgan Porth to the sea on the right.
This is the largest of the lodges and sleeps up to ten people in three separate bedrooms.

It consists of an open-plan lounge, dining room and kitchen leading out through double patio doors onto its own terrace.
It has a large bathroom with a bath, shower and W.C. It also has a separate W.C.

Bedroom 1 is divided into two by a curtain. Both sections have twin beds.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed with room for an extra guest bed if required.
Bedroom 3 has a single bed with a pull-out bed for an extra person.

Notes for guests

Total price per lodge per day. Bookings any day subject to availability.
If you have booked a holiday for one week or more, we will give a 10% discount on our standard terms for any second visit regardless of the length of stay including Christmas.

All bed linen, towels and tea towels are supplied by the lodge.
All heat, light and services are supplied free of charge. The only extra charge is for external telephone calls.
Dogs are welcome in the lodges provided that they are well behaved. There is a standard charge of £20 per dog.

Deposits are not returnable on cancelled bookings.
All lodges are offered subject to being vacant on receipt of a deposit of £50.00 per lodge. No allowance can be made for temporary absence.
Lodges are available from 3.00pm on day of arrival. Lodges should be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure.

GUESTS VALUABLES
Visitors are informed that the proprietors of the Lodge will not hold themselves responsible for the loss of, or damage to, any article or articles of value.

CANCELLED BOOKINGS - When a booking of accommodation in a hotel or guest house or lodge is cancelled, the owner is, legally,
entitled to claim compensation for his loss from the person who made the booking. This applies, even when the cancellation is due to illness. The amount of the compensation depends on the facts of the case, and claims up two-thirds of the total intended charge have been allowed in the courts.

General Information
1. A deposit of £50.00 per lodge is payable at the time of booking, this will be held as a breakages and key deposit - refundable in full on departure provided there are no items broken or missing - the balance is due twenty-eight days before the start of your holiday. Reservations will be made strictly in order of receipt. Telephone reservations will be accepted on a provisional basis for a period of five days pending receipt of the deposit. If the deposit is not received within five days the accommodation will be re-let. Deposits cannot be accepted from persons under the age of eighteen years. PLEASE MAKE CHEQUES PAYABLE TO "Blue Bay Lodges"
2. The tenancy may not be sub-let except by arrangement with the proprietors and is limited to the number of people stated at the time of booking. You are expected to vacate the lodge in the condition it was in when you started your holiday.
3. The proprietors cannot accept liability for injury sustained by any persons or for the loss or damage to any property-brought onto the premises.
4. Our cleaners will have your accommodation ready for you as soon as possible, usually by 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Your tenancy terminates at 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure so that the cleaners have time to prepare for the people who follow you.
5. Maintenance or equipment failure should be reported immediately to the proprietors who will take the necessary action to ensure your comfort.
6 Prices will be varied by any Government Regulation.
