There are 8 comfortable en suite sea view rooms when you need a little space for your self. It is the kind of laid back, unpretentious beach house where you feel instantly at home, whether you are planning a fun break with friends or a brilliant family party.
The location is exceptional - on the cliffs above unspoilt Mawgan Porth beach, with mesmerising views across the bay. A huge decking area flanked by lawns and funrnished by tables, chairs and barbecue takes full advantage of the idyllic position
Blue Bay is a peaceful spot on a narrow lane; it is very quiet and safe for children. It has a laundry room and TV room with full sky movies and sports packages on a 40inch smart TV.
This property gives you self catering with a big difference. If you are planning a landmark family occasion or simply hanker after some added luxury, we offer a selection of dining packages, from gorgeous home-made ready meals to full catered menus for special breakfasts, lunches and dinners courtesy of James our award winning chef.

If you are planning a landmark family occasion or simply hanker after some added luxury, the owners offer a selection of dining packages, from gorgeous home-made 'ready meals' to fully-catered menus for special breakfasts, lunches and dinners, courtesy of an award-winning chef and tailor-made to suit you. We will be happy to provide you with their details to discuss your requirements directly with them.
Owners James and Pippa live separately and discretely at the rear of the property; they are happy to help guests, from sharing their local knowledge of the area, giving recipe ideas, providing a mid-week clean or discussing catering options and requirements.
Well behaved dogs welcome.

Cautionary deposit of £300 required when booking.
25% discount if party booking is 10 people or fewer. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer and is available October-April excluding October half term, Christmas, New Year and Easter.

Guests Valuables
Visitors are informed that the proprietors of Blue Bay House will not hold themselves responsible for the loss of, or damage to, any article or articles of value.
Booking Terms:
To book we require 1/3 price as deposit
Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival
A £300 security deposit will be returned after a full service of the property has been undertaken.
Cancelled Bookings:
If you wish to cancel the letting you must notify Beach Retreats in writing.
A booking can only be cancelled prior to the start of the letting.
When a booking of accommodation in any house or lodge is cancelled, the owner is, legally entitled to claim compensation for his loss from the person who made the booking. This applies, even when the cancellation is due to illness. The amount of the compensation depends on the facts of the case and claims up two-thirds of the total intended charge have been allowed in the courts. We advise you take out holiday insurance.
Deposits are non returnable on cancelled bookings.
